Ideal for supporting acrylic pockets, signs and graphic panels from sides. For panels up to 7mm (1/4″) thick that are wider than the distance between cables. Use with 1.5mm (1/16″) Dia. Cables Suspensions.
IMPORTANT: Standard Set Screws (M6 x 0.7 x 6mm) included with CG09 supports can only hold 6-7mm (1/4″) thick substrates. For thiner material such as 3mm (1/8″) order replacement M6 x 0.7 x 10mm Set Screws w/Teflon Tip

Cable Panel Support Single-Sided — Top/Bottom Edge-Grip Support
The CG09 cable edge-grip support features a 16mm (5/8″) diameter round profile fitting, designed for suspending small to medium-sized vertical panels up to 7mm (1/4″) thick. This high-quality single-sided panel gripping support is made of solid brass and is compatible with our 1.5mm cable display system / hanging hardware kits.
The edge-grip supports are ideal for supporting acrylic frames, literature acrylic holders, magazine/book acrylic holders, menu boards, window displays, sign blanks, and graphic panels from the top and bottom. Attaching the edge-grip supports to suspended panels is easily accomplished by affixing them to the top and bottom of the substrate using the specially designed nylon-tipped grub screw. The entire assembly is then attached to cables so the panel is mounted in front of the cables, securely locked into the desired position with set screws using the supplied hex key.

Composition and Materials:
For durability, all cable display fittings are made from a brass alloy, UNS C37710/ASTM B124. Grub screws used for fittings are made of AISI 12L14 Carbon Steel (UNS G12144) and have a plastic tip of Nylon 6-6.
Colors and Finishes:
Matte (Pearl) Nickel/Chrome Plating: chrome is plated over matte nickel to achieve a hard, uniform finish that is semi-lustrous with low reflectivity. It is also referred to as pearl or velour chrome, which does not have the lines or grainy appearance found in traditional satin nickel/chrome finishes. Satin chrome is the only standard/stock finish. Custom finishes are available on request. Lead times will be longer and a minimum quantity may be required.
Product Limitations:
For indoor use only. Cable system performs well in all closed environments as long as it is not exposed to direct weathering such as rain, snow, moisture, etc. For marine or other high humidity environments, please request stainless steel type 304/316 cables that have a higher corrosion resistance. Follow the instructions and weight-bearing limitation indicated on the technical data sheets.
