To place your order online, start by carefully reviewing the product and service information on our web site. If you do not see exactly what you want, please contact us regarding options, availability, sizes and quantity requirements for your specific project. Always consult us if you have any questions or doubt regarding the proper use of our display systems, components, sub-parts or accessories because many of them can be easily confused. You may also contact us to receive a quote proposal for your project prior to ordering based on your sketches or layouts. After placing an order on our web store, you will receive an e-mail from Nova Display Systems acknowledging your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to Nova Display Systems to purchase our products and services. All orders are subject to final acceptance and Nova Display Systems will confirm such acceptance via an email once the order was processed and is ready to dispatch.
Changes or updates to your online order of stock merchandise can only be done prior shipment. Please note that most standard stock items ship the same day, so you may not have enough time to make these changes. We strongly suggest verifying your order details once more when you receive the e-mail order acknowledgement. We will call or e-mail you immediately if we find any discrepancy on your order or should something change with availability or lead times.
We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time before we have accepted it and we may rescind our acceptance and cancel your order where there has been an obvious error in price or where the product is no longer available.
Online Payments — We accept Visa, Master Card, or American Express for online transactions made on our web site. By ordering any of our services or products online, you agree that credit cards and debit cards are to be charged immediately on the same day/date when the order was placed and not on the date of shipping.
Card and Check Payments — We accept Visa, Master Card, or American Express in addition to Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks and Business/Personal Checks. You may also pre-pay your order via check or wire transfer. Orders prepaid with a check will be shipped within 24 hours of check clearance. New customers wishing to prepay an order totaling $5,000 or more must allow up to 10 business days for their check to clear. This policy applies to personal, business, cashiers, and certified checks, as well as money orders. Overseas customers may pay by Bank T/T at the time the order is placed. We do not charge your credit card for any item until it is shipped, this does not apply to customized and non-standard/non-stock items, or orders placed online. All credit card orders are subject to credit verification and approval. For your protection, credit card orders shipped to an address other than your billing address may require additional verification.
Credit Terms — Qualified businesses and organizations will be given Net 30 Terms upon approved credit. In order to open an account, please provide a bank reference and three trade references. Customers with established credit are expected to pay for their purchases within terms otherwise the line of credit will be discontinued. All Custom Orders require a minimum of 50% deposit before we can start fabrication. Remainder due prior to shipping unless other terms have been determined by Nova Display Systems Credit Department.
All orders are shipped FOB Nova Display Systems. All pricing and specifications are subject to change, without prior notice. Freight, handling and insurance will be added to your order. Standard Pricing — Retail prices for most of our products can be found throughout our web store. All prices are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered. Our web site contains a large number of products and individual components and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the items listed on our web site may be incorrectly priced. If an item’s price is incorrectly listed on our web site and its actual cost is much higher, we will normally contact you for instructions before dispatching the product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection. We are under no obligation to provide the product to you at the incorrect/lower price, even after we have confirmed the order. We may also rescind our acceptance and cancel your order without penalty if the product you ordered is unable to ship due to unavailability.
Contract Pricing — Prices for certain government, corporate, and institutional customers may be set forth in a bid or other written agreement between the parties. Payment is due before shipment unless credit terms have been arranged in advance with our credit department. In such case, payment terms shall be as set forth in the credit agreement. We are not liable for handling, custom charges, duty, or any other costs associated with clearing the goods on international shipments.
Reseller Pricing — We offer special reseller discounts for our partners on most display fittings, components, and hardware. For detailed information about reselling our products please read Reseller Partner Program.
Volume Pricing — We offer discounts for bulk purchases on display fittings, components, as well as stock and custom fabricated display and sign products. Call our Sales Department for a formal estimate and lead-time.
Exchange Rates — Online prices on all of our items/products are listed in US Dollars. At the time of purchase your credit card account will be charged the total amount on your order in US Dollars. The exchange rate and foreign transaction fees if any will be determined by you local bank that has issued your credit card.
Most of our standard products and display components are ready available in stock and can be delivered in 2-10 business days. Lead time on non-standard/non-stock items, specialized products, or customized products may vary and can take up to 4-9 weeks. We offer expedited air freight services for non-stock items, provided the factory has the product on hand, or product can be manufactured on a short notice. For custom orders, please send us sketches or drawings with dimensions and detailed specifications. Using your drawings, we will generate an itemized quote/proposal with delivery costs and time inclusive.
All merchandise is produced to standard and commercial tolerances. Nova Display Systems warranties product to be free from defects in workmanship and material. When Nova Display Systems has determined that a product is defective, it will be replaced. Nova Display Systems liability is limited to the cost of the defective product. We genuinely welcome and support our customers who wish to see our product before placing orders with us. We will provide samples for your testing, inspection, or building a prototype. However, we do not provide product samples for free. Please understand that sample products cost us money, and while we want to ensure our customers have every opportunity to see our products prior to purchasing them, giving away products to everyone who asks for them is not a sustainable business model. We have drawn the outlined product sample policy as below:
- Maximum product sample quantity offered is one item (of each kind).
- Most samples are provided at 25-40% discounted cost (plus delivery charges).
- Sample order costs up to $100 will be reimbursed after customer places an order of $2,500 or more. The reimbursed amount (the discounted cost of items minus the freight) will be used as a store credit and applied towards your next purchase order.
- If you need to order components for a prototype or arrange for fabrication of a prototype, please contact us for a quotation.

Customization — All Special and Custom Products are fabricated or brought in exclusively at customer request. They are made-to-order only and in some cases are shipped directly from the manufacturer.
- All special or custom fabricated products are NOT returnable or refundable.
- All special or custom orders must be pre-paid prior to production.
- All special or custom orders must have customer confirmation in writing before proceeding.
Lead-Time — Fabrication lead-time on custom acrylic accessories, cut-to-size aluminum extrusions, or other specialty products is 7-15 business days from the date of receipt of the signed order acknowledgment and/or layout mock-up. Allow for an additional 4-6 days for product to be delivered within the USA. Some special items may require a longer turnaround time. Consult with your sales representative for details.
Minimum — Our minimum order on custom items is $100.00. Orders less than $100.00 are subject to a $20.00 handling charge.
Warranty — Nova Display Systems warrants that all custom fabricated products are made of quality materials and are free from defects in workmanship. All custom products are inspected and carefully packaged prior to shipping. We should not be held liable or accountable for damages or variations in product appearances, problems resulting from shipping, storage, site conditions, installation or maintenance of our products.
Nominal Sizes / Tolerances — Following are the acceptable amount of variations / tolerances for fabrication of custom items.
- Laser precision cutting of flat acrylic panels: +/- 0.05” – 0.125“
- Laser precision cutting of flat acrylic panels for dimensions equal or larger than 48”: +/- 0.125” – 0.1875“
- Milling/machining of aluminum extrusions: +/- 0.02” – 0.06”
Shipping of Product — We ship most small orders via US Mail or FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified. For large orders, we will ship via motor freight by the most reliable and inexpensive carrier to your location. We also offer express air and economical two day air service on most items in stock. If an order is to be shipped via air (Next Day, 2nd Day, 3rd Day) or internationally (including Canada) you must call 800.753.9688 to make arrangements prior to placing the order online. All express shipments are given top priority. Express orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped same day or next business day if we miss the cutoff shipping time. Barring exceptions, the express orders ship out Monday through Friday at around 2:30 PM Pacific Time. If an express order is placed before 12:00 AM, it will usually ship out that same day.
Shipment Tracking — Tracking numbers for each day’s shipped orders are automatically emailed after 6:30pm Pacific Standard Time. Alternatively, you can check your order status online or request for a tracking number using our Order Status Request Form.
Receiving and Inspection of Product — Carefully inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt. If there is any visible damage, note this on the waybill before you sign and notify the carrier. If you have any questions or problems concerning your shipment please let us know right away. Here are few important steps to follow upon receiving your order: Product Inspection & Receiving.
Risk of Loss — All items purchased through our web site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon tender of the item to the carrier.
Expedited Shipments — Available for orders shipped from Nova Display Systems Warehouse (not drop-shipped) and for stock items only.
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Nova Display Systems is not responsible for delays at customs or for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or any other costs associated with clearing the goods on international shipments. Customer/recipient is fully responsible for all charges related to customs clearance. We must declare all items at their full price and cannot change this amount to lower custom fees.
If you refuse your package or the package is returned back to Nova Display Systems without any reason or prior arrangement, you will be responsible for the original and return shipping charges as well as any custom fees or taxes that are incurred. If the package is undeliverable and is returned to us because of a wrong ship to address that was unintendedly provide, the shipping and return charges will be deducted from your order payment amount when we issue a refund.
Please inspect the contents of your order for damage or missing pieces immediately upon arrival. Nova Display Systems guarantees all of its products, and will gladly replace defective merchandise. Customer must keep all packaging and notify Nova Display Systems of any missing components or product defects within 5 days of receipt. A return authorization number/card is required for all returns. Do not return merchandise without authorization. Any return without a valid RMA CARD will be refused and returned to shipper. Please contact customer service to receive your RMA Card (Return Merchandise Authorization Card).
Standard stock items in original, unopened packaging may be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt and are subject to restocking fees. Items must be in their original state (new, unused, and undamaged). All returns must be accompanied by the order statement and RMA card. Returns must be insured for the invoiced value of the merchandise. We cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your next billing statement. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all stock merchandise returns. Restocking fee for special order items including non-stock merchandise is 30%. Returned product must be in new and useable original condition for a refund.
Original shipping charges, including any express shipping, as well as item packaging fees, are not refundable.
Shipping charges for returned product are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed or refunded.
Do not return your merchandise after 30 days of purchase. If you return your merchandise after 30 days of purchase, you are not entitled to receive a refund and your merchandise will not be returned to you.
In no event will Nova Display Systems be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising in connection with misuse or inability to use our products. The customer shall test and verify the suitability of the product for intended use. No warranty for intended use is made. The customer assumes all risk and liability. Nova Displays Systems only obligation is replacement or credit for product proven defective. Any technical advice furnished or recommended by Nova Display Systems concerning use or application of any product is believed to be reliable but the company makes no warranty of results obtained.
Our web site contains certain names, logos, images, icons, information, data, specifications, layouts, drawings, photographs, graphics, and other material that is to be considered as property of Nova Display Systems and are protected by copyrights and other proprietary rights.
