Dispatch - 90% of orders
on finished products are shipped out within 2-15
business days from our sales/distribution
center. Products or components which are not
available in stock at the moment of ordering
will be shipped in 2-4 weeks. Most small orders
are shipped via UPS Ground. For large orders,
we'll ship via freight by the most reliable and
inexpensive carrier to your location. We also
offer express air and economical two day air
service on most items in stock. If an order is
to be shipped via air (Next Day, 2nd Day, 3rd
Day) or internationally (including Canada) you
must call (800) 753-9688 to make arrangements
prior placing the order online.

$16.50 for orders $150.00 and under
$24.50 for orders $150.01 - $300.00
$29.50 for orders $300.01 - $500.00
$34.50 for orders $500.01 - $750.00
$39.50 for orders $750.01 - $1000.00
$4.50 more for each additional $100.00 in order

Most of the standard fittings in
satin chrome finish are stocked or quick
delivered in 2-7 days. Lead time on non-standard
fittings may vary 15-45 days. Consult your
salesperson for details.
Payments - All orders are shipped F.O.B Nova Display. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, in addition to Money Orders, Cashier's Checks and Business/Personal Checks. For orders by phone, you may pre-pay your order via check or wire transfer. Orders prepaid with a check will be shipped within 24 hours of check clearance. New customers wishing to prepay an order totaling $5,000 or more must allow 10 business days for their check to clear. This policy applies to personal, business, cashiers, and certified checks, as well as money orders. Orders shipped to addresses in California also pay an additional sales tax of 8.50%. If your business is tax exempt, please fax your California Non-Taxable Transaction Certificate to 707-535-0253.
All payments must be made in US
Dollars. Additional charges will apply for bulky
items, overnight delivery, second-day air, or
shipments outside the Continental US. We will
contact you if the shipping and handling vary
from the above schedule. On ground shipment
orders please anticipate a 1 to 2 week delivery
time.
Tracking - The tracking numbers
for each day's shipped orders are automatically
emailed after 6:30pm Pacific Standard Time.

Returns - Inspect your
shipment immediately upon arrival. If your order
is not received in satisfactory condition, keep
all packaging and notify us within (3) days of
receipt. Stock merchandise in original, unopened
packaging may be returned for refund within
fifteen (15) days of receipt. Items must be in
their original state (undamaged). Shipping and
handling charges for returned items are
non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied
by the order statement and RMA number. Please
call our office to receive your RMA (Return
Authorization Number). You may want to insure
your return. We cannot be responsible for lost
or misdirected returns. Returns must be insured
for the invoiced value of the merchandise.
Please note that custom merchandise is not
returnable. If you paid for your order by credit
card, a credit will be issued and will appear on
your billing statement. A 30% restocking fee
will be charged on all returns. If you have any
